Privacy Policy

UK GDPR

Plain-English explanation of what personal data BA Hub collects, why, and the choices you have. Last updated: August 2026.

The short version: we collect only what we need to run the platform and reply to you. We never sell your data, and we never show ads.

Who we are

BA Hub is operated by Hublinko Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17347578) ("we", "us"). For anything privacy-related, contact us via the contact form.

What we collect and why

Where your data lives

Form submissions, chat messages and account data are stored with Supabase, our database provider, in their London region. That means your account and everything you save stays in the UK. The website is hosted on our hosting provider's infrastructure.

The one exception is the AI answers described above. Anthropic is a United States company and processes those requests outside the UK. There is currently no UK or EU only option for this service. The transfer is covered by the safeguards in Anthropic's commercial terms. If you would rather nothing of yours went to a provider outside the UK, don't use the AI button. Every other part of BA Hub works without it.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone, ever.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and chat messages: up to 24 months, then deleted. Account data: for as long as you keep your account. Work stored in your browser stays on your device until you clear it. Questions sent to the AI: deleted by Anthropic within 30 days, and never stored by us.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Use the contact form and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update this page and the date at the top.
