1. Who we are
BA Hub is operated by Joanne Jones, a UK-based Business Analysis trainer ("we", "us"). By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
2. What BA Hub is for
BA Hub provides learning tools for Business Analysts — simulated projects, diagramming, whiteboards, note-taking, document templates and interview preparation. It's provided free of charge while in active development, and features may change, break or be withdrawn without notice.
3. Your work and your account
- Everything you create in the tools (diagrams, documents, notes, portfolios) is yours. We claim no ownership of it.
- Much of your work is stored in your browser. Clearing browser data can delete it — export anything you care about.
- If you create an account, keep your login details safe and tell us if you think someone else is using it.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use BA Hub to do anything unlawful, to upload malicious content, to attempt to break or overload the service, or to harass anyone through the chat features. We may suspend access for misuse.
5. Billie and AI-generated content
Billie is an AI learning coach. Her guidance, reviews and generated documents are for education and practice. They may be wrong or incomplete, and they are not professional, legal or financial advice. Check anything important before relying on it in a real project.
6. Courses and training
Instructor-led courses advertised on this site are arranged separately; the details, prices and terms confirmed at booking apply to those. Registering interest through the site does not create a contract.
7. Our liability
BA Hub is provided "as is", without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss of data, loss of profits, or indirect losses arising from your use of the free platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
