What you do: Translate WHAT into HOW. Co-author the functional design with Sara. Commission her SOAP-wrapper spike. Produce a data model and use cases.

What you do: Review the design against the spec. Build the test plan from the AC. Spot the requirement that didn't make it into the design — before UAT does.
What you do: Answer developer questions without re-writing the spec on the fly. Every "can we just…" goes through formal change control, not the corridor.
What you do: Run UAT with Ben Carlisle and the agent cohort. Triage defects: bug vs CR vs misunderstanding. Chase the final sign-offs in Section 8 of the spec.
What you do: Lead the handover to BAU. Run training with Ben. Set up benefits realisation tracking. Run the Post-Implementation Review at month 3 post-go-live.
